An amusement park consultant thinks a pedestrian bridge over the Ohio River isn't thrilling enough.Dennis Speigel is taking the Purple People Bridge to the next level -- literally.Speigel's International Theme Park Services firm is behind a project that will allow people to climb the bridge's purple steel frame to a see-through platform about 140 feet above the river.The adventure will cost $60, including a tour offering historical information and a warm-up "mock climb" indoors.Speigel expects as many as 100,000 people a year will want to don bright yellow jumpsuits and harnesses and scale the bridge, using stairs and ladders.
