[AN] 3 Nouvelles nominations chez Six Flags

Amusement park operator Six Flags Inc., which recently saw top management ousted by a dissident shareholder, said on Thursday that its board has unanimously elected three new members.

The company said Charles Elliot Andrews, Mark Jennings and David Pauken have been named to the board, followed by resignations from Paul Biddleman, Michael Gellert and Francois Letaconnoux.

Andrews is executive vice president at student loan company SLM Corp., Jennings is managing partner at investment firm Generation Partners, and Pauken is chief operating officer of the Washington Redskins football team.

Six Flags investor Dan Snyder, owner of the Redskins, was named chairman of the company in December after succeeding in a proxy campaign to oust key executives from the board.
