CBS says to sell Paramount Parks theme park unit

CBS Corporation <CBSa.N> on Thursday said it plans to sell its Paramount Parks theme parks unit.

"Numerous parties have already expressed interest in acquiring the operation," CBS said in a statement. The sale of the parks, which had more than 12 million visitors last year, is expected to close in the second half of the year.
